SAP Ariba Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba professional with advanced expertise in sourcing to spearhead strategic implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure custom SAP Ariba sourcing solutions to align with business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive support for end-to-end sourcing processes, encompassing RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Incorporate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as needed.
  • Offer specialized guidance on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conduct rigorous system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years focused on SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ariba certification is highly desirable. Experience with global template rollouts, multi-country implementations, and supplier enablement and compliance processes is also advantageous.
