Co-Founder Capital Partnerships

This is a unique opportunity to co-found a capital partnerships business that leverages technology and finance to create sustainable growth opportunities for MSMEs and SHGs.

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of financial markets and structures. They will thrive in an environment where they can design systems and structure deals without being held back by traditional playbooks or norms.

Responsibilities will include building relationships with investors, engaging with government agencies, and collaborating with other stakeholders to develop and deploy innovative solutions. The co-founder will also contribute ₹50 lakhs in capital for 3.5% equity, demonstrating their commitment to the success of the venture.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a go-getter drive, a creator mindset, and resilience in the face of ambiguity and uncertainty. You will be comfortable navigating complex systems, designing new products and services, and iterating on existing ones based on feedback and results.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and structures
  • Ability to build relationships with investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Experience with product design and development, preferably in the fintech or financial inclusion space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and data sets
