Leading a Corporate Communications team is a key role in our organization's India operations.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen brand presence and positioning in India.

This leader will be responsible for developing and executing external communication strategies in line with the company's communications agenda.

The ideal candidate will have strong media relations with local and regional networks, excellent copywriting and content creation skills, as well as experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.

Additionally, this leader must have proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives, and possess strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute external communication strategies
  • Manage media relations and sponsorships
  • Position the company as an employer of choice through various channels

  • Partner with leadership to advise on communication strategy and execution

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding
  • Strong media relations and communication skills
  • Excellent writing and content creation abilities
  • Proven track record in B2B campaigns and employer branding initiatives
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
