Field Sales Team Lead

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for Gubbacci. The successful candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, and a proven track record of success. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
- CRM experience is required; Zoho CRM proficiency is a plus
