Role Description

This is a full-time Field Sales Specialist at PropKaart.in in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, customer service, sales activities, lead generation, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

- Communication and Customer Handling Skills.- Sales and Lead Generation experience with Calling and L&R.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with different company sales managers.- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets monthly and quarterly.- Knowledge of real estate industry trends with New and Existing projects in the market of Fresh sale or Resale.- Bachelor's degree and Experience of field sales in Real estate.- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.- Schedule and conduct property visits with prospective clients and educate customer about per sqft. in different directions.- Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations.- Negotiate and close property sales deals.- Maintain an updated knowledge of market trends and Upcoming properties.- Prepare and deliver presentations about the real estate market and properties.- Manage and maintain a portfolio of listings and contacts.- Cold calling to existing data base and fresh leads.- Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships.
