
Sales Growth Manager

This is a key role that involves owning the full sales cycle, consistently delivering against revenue targets and key performance metrics.
The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a healthy, high-converting pipeline of SME prospects.
Cross-functional collaboration with regional sales, marketing, operations, and product teams is essential to scale Airwallex's go-to-market strategy.
This role also involves defining and refining sales processes, including outreach cadences, qualification workflows, CRM hygiene, and reporting to maximize productivity.
Negotiating commercial contracts and partnership agreements requires close working relationships with legal, finance, and strategy teams to drive deal execution.
Establishing and sharing best practices across the global sales organization contributes to a high-performance sales culture and scalable playbook.
Requirements:- 5 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 3 years of proven success in full-cycle, high-performance B2B sales
- Proven track record of performing in high-velocity B2B sales environments
- Ability to hunt for new business opportunities
- Relevant global selling experience
- Experience of global selling in EMEA, ANZ or AMER
- Experience in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows, and automation strategies
A self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, metrics-driven, and collaborative.
