**Job Summary:**

As a strategic business growth professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the assigned location. Your key focus will be on managing existing dealership relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support existing dealership agreements within the assigned location to drive long-term growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to source new business opportunities through licensing agents and dealer counter activations.
  • Deliver exceptional sales performance by achieving top-line and bottom-line targets, exceeding customer expectations, and fostering strong relationships with dealerships.
  • Work collaboratively as an individual contributor to drive business growth initiatives and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hold a graduate degree or diploma in a relevant field.
