About the Role : As a Sales Team Lead, you will develop plans and strategies for business growth and sales goal achievement. You will create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement, manage sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver growth, and define optimal sales force structures. You will also define and coordinate sales training programs, manage customer expectations, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or sales, and exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. You will be able to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements :
1. 3+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or sales.
2. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
