Odoo Implementation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Odoo implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze business requirements and design customized solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Odoo modules, such as ERP, HRMS, CRM, and more.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with Odoo's latest features and best practices to continually improve implementation processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation, preferably in Community and Enterprise Editions.
  • Proven track record of successful project deliveries, showcasing expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence clients and manage scope expectations.
  • A strong understanding of business operations, including sales, accounts, and human resources.
  • Proficient in English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
