NetSuite Functional Consultant Role

We seek a skilled NetSuite consultant to leverage their expertise in delivering tailored ERP solutions. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with clients to evaluate business needs and develop scalable implementation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate client requirements and map them to NetSuite functionalities.
  • Develop detailed solution designs and lead clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERP delivery including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.
  • Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.
  • Create and execute test plans including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing.
  • Identify and execute data migration strategies using standard NetSuite tools.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, and processes.
  • Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.
  • Deliver hands-on NetSuite ERP training in areas such as chart of accounts, tax configuration, multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.
  • Proven experience in initial system setup and configuration, data migration planning, and execution.
  • Expertise in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups, vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules.
  • Functional knowledge of sales & distribution, pricing, forecasting, procurement, BOM, production planning, inventory & stock management, QA, returns management, financial reporting, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet impacts.
  • Experience with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports, basic scripting and customization, integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRMS, and Payroll systems, strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT criteria.
