Senior Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analytics Specialist to lead our team of data scientists in delivering cutting-edge analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of applying machine learning expertise to drive business growth and innovation.

  • Lead a team of data scientists to develop and deploy predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Apply traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning) to enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
