Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advertising team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your primary focus will be on driving successful campaigns that meet or exceed performance targets. This involves analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.

You will work closely with designers and video editors to develop compelling ad creatives that engage audiences and drive conversions. Your ability to write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that resonates with our target audience is crucial to the success of our campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of running successful digital ad campaigns with a strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheet analysis and data visualization tools.
  • The ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
