Job Opportunity in Global Health

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our efforts in global health, focusing on the development and implementation of large-scale AI initiatives in disease surveillance and digital health transformation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise business development, growth, public health, or government advisory, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in regional languages is a significant advantage.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel extensively across focus markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping market strategy, creating large-scale AI programmes, owning end-to-end deal cycles, unlocking funding, influencing policy and budgets, stewarding stakeholder relationships, and collaborating internally with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market-entry roadmaps for high-priority countries/states, mapping Ministry of Health ecosystems and identifying opportunities for AI procurement.
  • Design and launch multi-disease population-surveillance projects, leveraging Qure's AI tools to accelerate ongoing government digital/eHealth initiatives.
  • Originate, structure, and close deals through tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms, building channel partnerships to unlock scale.
  • Secure bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic financing to accelerate AI procurements at state or national level.
  • Engage senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease-control guidelines, and national digital-health programmes.
  • Manage network of partners, government stakeholders, and global funding partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in Enterprise Business Development/Founder's office/Growth/Public Health/Med-Device or Govt Advisory.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required; other regional languages will be a major plus.
  • Flexibility: Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively across focus markets.
