About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with members and vendors alike. They will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Community Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our community spaces, including facilities, IT infrastructure, and back-of-house areas.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and increase visibility for our location.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community management, operations, or sales/marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with members and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of project management tools and software.
  • Experience with membership management systems.
  • Basic understanding of financial management principles.
