Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead to oversee mission-critical cloud infrastructure for our global clientele. This role entails providing 24x7 managed support for these cloud environments, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Strong Partnerships with clients to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction by resolving issues holistically and focusing on complete problem resolution.

Review Tickets and escalate to management when necessary.

Oversee A Team of Cloud Engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.

Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact for customers via tickets, calls, emails, and regular sync-up calls.

Evaluate Team Member Performance periodically and provide feedback to the team and HR.

Mandatory Requirements:

10+ Years Of Experience in L3 Technical Support with a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.

In-Depth Knowledge of cloud computing, containers, virtualization, and supporting technologies.

Hands-On Experience with Linux, MySQL, Vmware/KVM, and on-prem cloud technology.

Experience With Monitoring Systems (Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine).

Good Working Knowledge of Storage, Networking, Backup, and Bash scripting.

Excellent Communication Skills with clear verbal and written articulation.

Management Experience with a team of at least 4 people.

Qualification and Experience:

Relevant bachelor's degree.

10+ years of experience.
