Financial Management Professional

We seek a detail-oriented financial management professional to oversee complete financial record-keeping, including invoicing, vendor bill tracking, receipt recording, payment processing, expense monitoring, and journal entry management in Zoho Books.

  • Familiarity with coordinating auditor requirements for IT/software company audits and compliance checks is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of tools or methods for managing vendor invoices, payment reconciliations, and payroll processes is required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks (US entity) is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive financial records in Zoho Books.
  • Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books, handle bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Accurately record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for reliable financial reporting.
  • Oversee the management of vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • Ensure timely TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/ITES export accounting is necessary.
  • Mandatory expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation) is essential.
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance is required.
  • Detailed-oriented work style with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
