Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Transformation Coaching:
  • Deliver tailored coaching sessions to business owners to develop robust systems across key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and financial management.
  1. Solution Selling:
  • Assess clients' business challenges and sell relevant solutions, such as marketing and human resources services, to drive growth.
  1. Client Retention & Upsell:
  • Act as a program guide during our 3-day masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
  • Closing high-ticket sales for advanced coaching programs through consultative selling techniques.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
  1. Pre-Sales Engagement:
  • Engage with clients who have enrolled for the masterclass, understanding their businesses and primary challenges.
  • Drive attendance and engagement in pre-masterclass sessions to ensure 100% attendance in the main event.
Requirements:Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in selling high-value products or services, preferably through consultative selling approaches.
  • Strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
Coaching or Training Experience (Preferred):
  • Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.
Relationship Management:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
Additional Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
