Job Title: Regional Business Operations/General Business Operations Role

The Role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and gross margin growth within the region. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies to meet area sales and profit plans, as well as ensuring all employees are up-to-date with UDS offerings through formalized training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales, Profitability and Gross Margin Growth:
    • Responsible for driving area sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer relationship, and outstanding execution of all field operations strategies.
    • Know and manage the business by effectively using sales reports, assessing departmental results, and developing specific actions directly related to operations, business development and growth.
    • Ensure that all employees of the region are current and up to date with UDS offerings through a commitment to formalized training and development within prescribed timelines and standards.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Customer engagement must be driven with focus on quality, ideas, acknowledgment and inspiration, which leads to an emotional and loyal brand/customer attachment in the region.
    • Set high expectations for excellent customer service and hold the management team accountable to the measurable results associated.
  • New Client Presentation:
    • Client interfacing presentations must be point of differentiation aimed at getting a client excited about the uniqueness of the offering, the possibilities that may exist, convincing the client on UDS capabilities and the solutions offered which leads to a WOW factor.
  • Leadership and People Management:
    • Ensure the overall people plan of the area reflects high standards, bench and succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Good strategic planning skills to lead the region in the recommended direction.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills with excellent oratory/public speaking skills.
  • Goal orientation.
  • Mentoring and Training.
  • Strong analytical skills and skills in forecasting and Project Management.
  • Prioritization of organizational needs.
