We are seeking a skilled Airport Duty Manager - Cargo Operations Coordinator to join our team at GMR Group.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cargo operations, service compliance objectives, and targets for assigned sections of GAL-Goa Cargo Terminals.
  • Monitor the boarding gates, check-in counters, and baggage reclaim using Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) and Gate Operating System (GOS).
  • Make announcements and coordinate with teams to address congestion in the terminal as required by Airlines/Operations.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Deployment of manpower for the section according to plan.
  • Supervision of staff, work assignment, distribution, tracking, and completion within specified time norms.
  • Achievement of highest possible level of service compliance, maximum space utilization, and on-time performance.
Requirements

An estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in airport operations and excellent communication skills.
