About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned hiring expert to join our team as an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating processes and managing full-cycle hiring and interviewing. Your key objective will be to attract and select top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement hiring processes that ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Source and identify top candidates for open positions, anticipating future needs and supervising recruiting personnel.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring/recruitment, with at least 1 year of experience leading or managing a talent acquisition team.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, spreadsheets, and job portals like LinkedIn etc.
