Job Title: Hiring For NBFCRoles and Responsibilities:

Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee the scrutiny and approval process of title search reports. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for advising business on the acceptance of title searches and providing guidance on the creation of mortgage securities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scrutinizing title search reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Providing expert advice on the acceptance of title searches and mortgage securities
  • Coordinating with external lawyers to investigate property titles and discuss potential issues
  • Drafting and vetting equitable mortgages, simple mortgages, declarations, and undertakings related to security creation
  • Updating and modifying legal policies and state legal policies on an ongoing basis
  • Maintaining accurate records of all cases, including agreements, legal compliance, and checklists
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of drafting/documentation, property laws, local laws, and notifications
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest enactments and orders concerning legal processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets and databases
