Job Description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is a powerful enterprise resource planning system that requires skilled professionals to design, develop, and customize its solutions. As an X++ Developer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customizations and enhancements to our clients' D365 F&O systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365 is also essential. A proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance ER configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A strong understanding of the following areas is required:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as:
  • Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
  • Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
