Business Operations Role Overview

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations professional to join our organization. This role combines finance, HR, and administration responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Collect and organize invoices.
    • Record expenses under the correct heads.
    • Prepare project-wise profit and loss statements.
    • Provide clear snapshots of the overall profit and loss for all markets and projects.
  • Human Resources & Payroll:
    • Draft and issue offer letters.
    • Process monthly salary payouts.
    • Deduct taxes and other statutory compliances where applicable.
    • Support basic HR and people operations tasks.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage travel bookings and logistics.
    • Handle paperwork and documentation.
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
