UX Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to drive customer-centric design solutions across integrated spend management tools.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product decisions, and develop in-depth understanding of human-centred design principles.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of impactful work showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Developing a deep understanding of user experience design principles and facilitating design sprints, workshops, and user research.
  • Collaborating with teams to drive design decisions and articulating design choices based on insights and data-driven reasoning.
  • Visual communication skills through sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, wireframing, and prototype development.
  • Demonstrating passion for high-quality design execution, fit, and finish.
  • Defending design output and taking responsibility for product outcomes.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin.

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

  • Experience in Fintech.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science.
