**ServiceNow Sr. SPM Developer Role Summary:**

Technozis seeks an experienced ServiceNow Sr. SPM Developer to design, configure, and support end-to-end solutions for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This is a critical role that involves working on solution design, development, integrations, automations, upgrades, and platform stability to ensure the success of SPM initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ServiceNow administration with strong SPM experience, managing various SPM modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, and Financial Planner Workspace.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and solution design for efficient and effective service management.
  • Perform impact assessment on new solutions and SPM enhancements to identify potential risks and benefits.
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure seamless delivery of SPM capabilities.
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts to maintain system stability and security.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems to resolve technical challenges.
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment to maintain system stability and security.
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues to ensure system reliability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience.
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, including SPM modules and workflow configuration.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks to improve system efficiency and productivity.
