Project Manager Position

Grow Your Staff is hiring a Project Manager for an independent board game publisher that develops interactive business stimulation games. This is a full-time remote position.

With 5-8 years of experience, you will own project schedules from kick-off to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

You will create and maintain tracking documents in Teamwork.com and other tools, updated daily. You will proactively communicate key milestones and reminders (daily, weekly, monthly) to all stakeholders.

Ensure team members are aligned with deliverables and deadlines. Review and finalize production agreements within one business day.

Required skills include Google Suite, Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, SKU Vault, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation.

Key qualifications include a minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, strong organizational and scheduling skills, and proven ability to drive accountability and performance across teams.
