We are seeking an experienced People Leader to handle our HR department and support our employees. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's culture and growth.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic AVP – Human Resources to manage our HR function and support organizational growth.


This role will focus on building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Strategy: Build internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth employee integration.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives to build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage career development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations and systems.
