Job Title: Key Account Manager
This role requires an experienced Engagement Manager who can develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, account expansion, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise or BFSI Account Management, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with our CRM and Business Heads to drive business growth, account expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain and update all opportunities in Salesforce.com, following Newgen's OEA process and guidelines.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise or BFSI Account Management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, account expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
