We are seeking a dedicated individual to own and optimize platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Planhat, driving technical execution and aligning them with business goals.

The ideal candidate will translate business needs into platform roadmaps for efficient adoption and process improvement, ensuring secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows across teams.

Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work and streamline stakeholder workflows, enabling and training teams to use tools effectively for improved customer outcomes.

Maintain system health for reliability, performance, and compliance, and have 5-8 years of experience in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows across teams.
  • Translate business needs into platform roadmaps for efficient adoption and process improvement.
  • Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work and streamline stakeholder workflows.
  • Enable and train teams to use tools effectively for improved customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain system health for reliability, performance, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat.
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Admin or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience integrating platforms with analytics/reporting tools.
  • Background in Customer Success or Support operations.
