
Sales Director – Real Estate Operations

As a seasoned real estate sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Close high-value deals and manage the entire sales pipeline to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to onboard and manage Channel Partners, thereby boosting lead outreach and enhancing revenue generation.
- Monitor and optimize listings on prominent online platforms such as 99acres, Housing.com, and MagicBricks to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure fair lead distribution between Channel Partners and in-house sales teams, promoting a collaborative and result-driven work environment.
- Engage with walk-in and organic leads, converting them into satisfied customers through exceptional communication skills and product knowledge.
- Resolve conflicts efficiently, track portal performance, and continuously improve conversions to drive business success.
- Coordinate with social media teams to enhance campaign quality and reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate with content/design teams to create compelling and compliant marketing materials that captivate the target audience.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, coupled with excellent public dealing, communication, and team management skills.
- Preferred: UPRERA Agent or experience with reputable builders/Channel Partners in high-volume sales.
