Job Title: Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR System Management: Handle employee data, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HR system support.
  • Payroll Input: Input new employee data, salary inputs for new joiners, and manage employee referrals and bonus sheets.
  • Organizational Chart Updates: Monthly update organizational charts, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present accurate MIS reports and dashboards to management.
  • Employee Queries: Address PF, Group Health & Term Insurance-related queries from employees.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring efficient processes and seeking approval for costs.
  • HR Reports and Documentation: Compile weekly data, prepare talent work in progress reports, and handle timesheet data.
  • Offer and Relieving Letters: Prepare offer, appointment, and relieving letters of employees.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide insights to management.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
