Event Marketing Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Event Marketing professional to spearhead the execution of our online events, webinars, and masterclasses.

You'll be responsible for driving registrations & attendance through high-performing campaigns via email marketing, WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS campaigns, in-app push notifications, community posts (Reddit, Quora, Telegram, etc.), and crafting compelling event communication copy across all channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, able to analyze event funnel performance (registrations → show-up → retention) and optimize continuously. Additionally, you should have excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with a focus on delivering successful events that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling & email writing skills

  • Analytical mindset - ability to look at event data and draw actionable insights
  • Creative problem solver & ideator - you love figuring out what works
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp / Sendinblue / WebEngage / WhatsApp APIs / CRMs
