Key Position Summary

Our organization seeks an experienced Graphic Designer to create captivating visual content for promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills and be able to produce high-quality assets for marketing initiatives.

This role will focus on designing creative materials that enhance revenue streams, drive brand engagement, and amplify the guest experience across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Develop eye-catching graphics for promotions, offers, and partnership campaigns across digital and print media.
  • Design menu items, promotional signage, packaging, kiosks, and point-of-sale materials to elevate guest experience and sales.
  • Produce digital assets for website banners, social media, email campaigns, and other promotions related to initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to suit marketing needs and seasonal promotions.

Content Creation & Ideation:

  • Collaborate with teams to develop promotional concepts and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in creating campaign branding for partner tie-ups, sponsored events, and corporate partnerships.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm merchandise designs, product packaging, and retail branding for company stores.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing F&B, retail, and promotional design work.
  • Understanding of packaging design, menu layouts, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to adapt designs for both digital and print formats.
