Junior Graphic Designer Position

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative skills and a portfolio that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography. This individual should have experience working with various design platforms, including digital and print formats.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact visual content for digital and print platforms, aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets.
  • Present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback.
  • Ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc & Figma
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
