Key Responsibilities
  • Develop announcements, thought leadership, case studies, and executive messaging to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage internal channels (newsletters, intranet, townhalls) to foster employee engagement and productivity.
  • Support external communications—press materials, media coordination, campaign assets—to enhance our reputation and reach.
  • Partner with business leaders to highlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact, creating a positive narrative around our brand.
  • Track coverage and campaign KPIs; produce performance reports and actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Align with regional brand guidelines; manage agencies and creative workflows to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide support on issues/crisis communications as directed to maintain transparency and trust.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications/PR/Journalism or a related field; portfolio or writing samples are highly valued.
  • Strong writing/editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination skills to effectively communicate our message.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics to measure and improve our performance.
  • New graduates with excellent writing and initiative are encouraged to apply.
