Job Title: Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Support Professional. This role will involve working with international customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems when necessary, maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  • Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, with no grammatical errors or miscommunication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
