The role of Human Resources Business Partner plays a strategic and hands-on part in building and delivering people strategies that fuel our company's hyper-growth.

This role partners closely with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for talent acquisition, staffing, HR operations, and the business.
  • Operate independently; ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.

  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
