We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to develop engaging and culturally relevant content for various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Indian politics, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality content for social media platforms that effectively communicate political messages, ideologies, and campaign initiatives.
  • Manage social media assets independently, taking ownership of content creation, curation, and scheduling across platforms.
  • Edit and refine content as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with the communication team to develop strategic messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analyze trends and news in Indian politics, incorporating insights into the content strategy.
Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and strategic communication.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Tamil and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating ability to craft engaging content.
  • Social Media Savvy: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends, especially within context of political landscape.
  • Political Awareness: A keen interest in Indian politics, with understanding of regional political dynamics, ideologies, and current affairs.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content.
  • Independence: Capable of independently managing social media assets and content calendars.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing political scenarios and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Education Criteria

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Specialization or Coursework: Candidates with specialization or coursework in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Political Communication would be advantageous.
  • Language Proficiency: While not formal education criterion, proficiency in Tamil (Write, Speak, Read) and Hindi/English is essential.
