The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Sage People HR system, ensuring data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution. This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with report-building tools, Excel, and general system administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Sage People HR system
  • Act as first-line support for HR systems queries
  • Provide second-line support for system-related queries from the wider business
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new functionalities across Core HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS
  • Provide system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support
  • Produce and interpret reports and dashboards for people analytics
  • Perform regular audits, system updates, and ensure compliance with data policies such as GDPR

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Sage People
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Understanding of HR workflows, employee lifecycle, and people policies
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
