We are seeking a seasoned HR Systems Implementation Expert with extensive experience in delivering end-to-end HR system implementations across multiple modules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle HCM implementations, including project management, stakeholder management, system configuration and customization, training and quality assurance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.

Experience:

  • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
