We are a leading study abroad education financing marketplace, committed to equalizing and expanding access to higher education. Our B2B vertical focuses on building partnerships with study abroad consultants to offer loan products to their clients.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Admin Executive to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing documentation, coordinating with external stakeholders, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day operations of the marketing department, maintain and organize marketing documentation, reports, and records.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution, manage communications with external stakeholders.
  • Campaign Support: Help prepare marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and emails, support the team in setting up and monitoring digital and offline campaigns.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and workshops, ensure smooth execution of all events.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain databases of leads, campaigns, and vendors, compile and analyze reports on campaign performance and other metrics.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor and track marketing expenses and budget allocations.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
