We are committed to equalizing and expanding access to higher education. Our B2B vertical focuses on building partnerships with study abroad consultants, enabling them to offer our loan products to their clients.
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Admin Executive to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing documentation, coordinating with external stakeholders, and maintaining operational excellence.
This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our marketing initiatives and requires excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
- Maintain and organize marketing documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Manage communications with external stakeholders, including partners and suppliers.
- Help prepare marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and emails.
- Support the team in setting up and monitoring digital and offline campaigns.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and workshops.
- Ensure smooth execution of all events, including logistics and attendee management.
- Update and maintain databases of leads, campaigns, and vendors.
- Compile and analyze reports on campaign performance and other metrics.
- Monitor and track marketing expenses and budget allocations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
