₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
Company Overview: We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to improve the company's search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms and content opportunities to target for SEO optimization.
- On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page optimization tactics including meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
- Link Building: Develop a robust link-building strategy through outreach, partnerships, and high-quality content.
- SEO Audits: Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues that could impact performance.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website traffic, search rankings, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay Updated with SEO Trends: Stay current with search engine algorithms and SEO best practices to ensure continuous optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
