Marketing Strategy Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Strategy Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve market position.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and marketing agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and recommend marketing strategies to address business objectives.
  • Work with the team to design and implement marketing campaigns.
Brand Management:
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand image across all digital channels.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform future strategy.
Campaign Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and manage targeted email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics and analytics.
Event Management:
  • Organize and oversee both virtual and physical marketing events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and attendees to ensure a smooth event experience.
Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
  • Create and share relevant content to grow and engage the audience.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT or system integration sector.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, content management, and event coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work seamlessly with internal teams, external partners, and marketing agencies.
  • Ability to independently drive the marketing strategy, take ownership of tasks, and execute them effectively.
