About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Management Trainee to join our team. As a Finance Management Trainee, you will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, and preparing reports.

Daily interaction with team members is essential to communicate findings, support decision-making processes, and assist with various accounting tasks.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in finance, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an MBA degree in finance from a reputable institution.

This is a full-time role based in Noida, requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.)
  • Support in preparing investment memorandums and pitch books
  • Perform due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for clients
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute
