Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead our financial operations and play a critical role in our high growth journey. This position demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts. Provide strategic insights on cost optimization and revenue projections.
  • Internal Controls and Audits: Design, implement, and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks and prevent fraud. Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
