As a seasoned Logistics Director, you will lead and scale our Indian operations, overseeing freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and project logistics. This senior leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, sector expertise, and proven multi-location leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Indian business with full Profit & Loss ownership across all logistics services.
  • Develop and execute a pan-Indian strategy aligned with global growth vision.
  • Drive warehousing expansion and integrated distribution solutions.
  • Scale Inland Container Depot (ICD) and Export Customs House Agent (ECHA) services and expand business across chemicals, steel, automotive, and defense verticals.
  • Strengthen and scale project logistics practice.
  • Incubate 4PL control tower solutions leveraging proprietary Supply Chain Management platforms.
  • Expand and strengthen road logistics and partial truckload services integrating warehousing and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including DG/chemical/defense norms.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance team with structured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Candidate Profile:
  • 12–15 years of leadership experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, or integrated logistics in India.
  • Strong exposure to chemical logistics / regulated supply chains.
  • Proven P&L management and experience scaling operations nationally.
  • Deep understanding of customs, bonded warehousing, and multimodal transport.
  • Track record of leading large, multi-location teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial skills and execution focus.
  • Comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
