Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for providing critical technical assistance during P1 incidents by troubleshooting logs and resolving project-specific blockers.

In this role, you will independently assess and evaluate third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality. You will also design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing.

Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. We expect you to exhibit a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in Atlassian tool administration, including JIRA and Confluence (both Server and Cloud).
