Quality Assurance Leadership Position

The key objective of this role is to guarantee the highest quality of products manufactured by our organization.

  • Leading a team of 30-35 employees and inspectors in the Department will be a primary responsibility.
  • We expect QMS implementation in each process/product at all times.
  • Process monitoring and system implementation should ensure quality product manufacturing with minimum manpower requirements.
  • Effective planning in all quality activities from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch is crucial.
  • Focusing on vendor development, contract manufacturing, buy-sell concept quality, and outsourced product quality is vital.

Candidates must have extensive experience in guiding vendors to meet our quality standards and finding suitable suppliers for specific products. Familiarity with relevant standards such as American Standards (API, ANSI, ASME II, V, VIII & IX), British Standards, Manufacturing Practices (MSS), Corrosion Standards (Nace) and Indian Standards is necessary.

A strong understanding of welding processes, creating WPS, PQR & WPQ, TQM, Kaizen, Kizuki & 5S Process, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) against customer non-conformance complaints, and effective use of 7 QC Tools like Fish Bone Diagram, Bar Chart, etc., are essential skills.

Familiarity with special processes like Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBE), Inconel Cladding (IC), Xylon Coated Process, and Galvanizing is also required.
