Job Description

As a seasoned environmental expert, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects related to site evaluation, remediation, and due diligence. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our clients' environmental objectives and support our commitment to sustainable development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage Site Evaluation & Restoration (SER) projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Environmental Due Diligence: Perform thorough assessments, including Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments (ESAs), to identify potential environmental liabilities and provide recommendations for risk management and mitigation.
  • Site Investigation: Conduct comprehensive site investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring, and analysis, to interpret and evaluate data and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Remediation Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement effective remediation strategies for contaminated sites, including remedial action plans, feasibility studies, and remediation system design.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant environmental regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in environmental science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in site evaluation, remediation, and due diligence is required.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in site investigation techniques, environmental due diligence, and remediation strategies is essential.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects is necessary.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex environmental data is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders.
